“Tianji” is taken from a classical Chinese poem Huanxisha. 1. It denotes the location of Tianji Group in Shanxi Changzhi City (Known as Shangdang in ancient times); 2. It implicitly points out Tianji’s sprit of “strive for first-class products and management". 3. It symbolizes “enterprising, self-improving, struggling for the best” ambition of Tianji staff. Tianji’s logo is made up of three black mountain peaks, one ellipse and two tanks (T&J shape). The three mountain peaks symbolize Shanxi and the diversification of Tianji products. Black represents Shanxi’s coal resource. The ellipse symbolizes the earth and means that Tianji people stand on Shangdang, look around the world and determine to create a world-class brand. (The ellipse is like a red sun, symbolizing bright and flourishing future); TJ is the initial words of Tian Ji ranging on Wujin Mountain. Two TJ shaped tanks link each other, signing the industry characters of Tianji Group as a large-scale chemical enterprise.
